By placing an order at the checkout page, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the T&Cs herein. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Goods are usually properly checked before sending out to You, but in the event if there are defects that went unnoticed by Us, please send a picture upon receiving it with the tag intact to Taylactivehelpdesk@gmail.com for assistance. To note that, discretion for exchange remains with Tayla Active subject to further inspection.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability of the stock. Any representation and/or warranty of the delivery time period(s) are an estimate provided to Us by the Third-Party Delivery and Courier Company (“Delivery Company”) and they are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or any force majeure event declared under World Health Organisation (“WHO”) for which we will not be responsible.

 

Our Contract

A contract between us for the purchase of the Goods and Services (“Goods and Services”) only be formed until and unless i) your payment has been approved by us and ii) the bank has debited your credit or debit card.

 When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement of the order.

 

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact You, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

You should note that prices are exclusive of GST and delivery costs will be charged in addition n accordance to the shipping cost stated on the website. Any additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the final amount, therefore please do not proceed if you do not agree.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse to proceed with orders that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including without limitation, typographical errors or inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Payment

Goods will not be dispatched until a pre-authorization check has been completed to ensure that the transaction amount is approved and sufficient for deduction. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Following, We will then dispatch the purchased items.

Discount Codes

We may at out discretion offer discount codes to which it may be used for purchases made though Our Website. Instructions will be specified at the time the discount code is activated. We reserve all rights to make any changes and amendments to the Discount Codes.

Customs and import tax

Please note that Tayla Active will not be responsible for:

• any import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country and will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, tax or duties that may apply. 

• notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes (if any).

• advising the amount(s) payable for the parcel once it reaches your country. Please do the necessary checks with your customs and import authority for more details.

• Any refund if you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please do note that an admin charge will be levied on you.

• Any shipping charges are non-refundable.      

 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tayla Active from all third-party claims, liability, damages, all costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) and/or disbursements arising from your use of this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.
